  In 2014 I was in a car accident, rolled a car in a ditch after the door had flung open and rolled multiple times. I was sent home after having gone to the hospital and had multiple tests and x-rays done. Later that night at home, I found a gash in my back with a lot of bruising and big enough for stitching. They may have seen it if they would have removed my shirt and actually examined me. This year, I had a smashed toe with blood under the nail and a lot of pressure and I had to ask them to puncture it to let the blood out in order to relieve the pressure. Their response was, "It might help." They didn't know how to use their equipment. They questioned the amount of pain I was in after I had told them and was fairly adamant about my answer. They're like, are you sure you're in that much pain?
  
  I only went there because they were closer than Champaign and I was in pain that was barely tolerable.
